Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Workplace Partner:

- Provide daily support to team members and vendors at our client's location, effectively managing vendor tasks and ensuring team needs are met.
- Manage vendor and/or supplier relationships and ensure contractors perform day-to-day responsibilities.
- Coordinate with on-site security as needed and partner with stakeholders such as local leadership, building management, broader team, and local Physical Security to ensure programs and workplace expectations are met.
- Monitor for and oversee maintenance and repairs, propose improvements to the office environment to adhere to standards.
- Perform EHS compliance activities, maintain and optimize office procedure documentation, and support local office events.
- This is a contract position through April 17, 2026.

Required Skills for Workplace Partner:

- Experience providing studio service in a busy organization.
- Experience working with contractors and suppliers and monitoring of service standards.
- Understanding of compliance requirements and strong work ethic.
- Ability to take initiative, function in a fast-paced working environment, with immediate and changing deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with managers and employees at all levels within our company.
