Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Tier 2 Engineer:
- Administer and manage Office 365 (O365) environments with proficiency
- Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory
- Manage and support Azure
- Provide networking support, including configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and firewalls
- Support and maintain VOIP systems and troubleshoot security cameras and access control systems
- Collaborate with our client's team to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients
Required Skills for the Tier 2 Engineer:
- Proficiency in managing and supporting O365
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Active Directory and Azure
- Strong knowledge in IT Networking support, including configuration, troubleshooting, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Experience in supporting VOIP systems
- Experience in troubleshooting security cameras and access control systems
- Excellent communication skills
