Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Technical Administrative Assistant:

- Provide proficient use of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions, maintain spreadsheets, and coordinate travel
- Maintain a secured facility, preferably in a military or Department of Defense environment
- Demonstrate initiative, ability to multi-task, and develop solutions to complex problems
- Execute and create projects and goals
- This is a 6-month contract position

Required Skills for Technical Administrative Assistant:

- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Extensive knowledge of administrative practices
- Experience in a secured facility, military, or Department of Defense environment
- Ability to multi-task and solve complex problems
- Experience in project creation and execution
- Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Visio, Teams, SharePoint, and Concur Travel and Expense platform

Required Education:

- B.A. (or equivalent degree) and 4 years of relevant work experience, or H.S. Diploma and 5 years of relevant work experience
