Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Supply Chain Workday Analyst:
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain lead to design, build and implement dashboards that drive operational tasks.
- Develop and enhance Workday reports, including XpressO, Calculated Fields, and dashboards.
- Translate supply chain requirements into actionable workflows within Workday.
- Support training and onboarding of staff during ERP go-live.
- Serve as a bridge between system capabilities and practical application in healthcare operations.
Required Skills for Supply Chain Workday Analyst:
- Senior resource with 3-5 years of experience in healthcare supply chain management specifically.
- Expertise in Workday WD report writing WD Studio Dashboard Writer XpressO Calculated Field.
- Proven ability to develop dashboards and operational workflows.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to listen actively, understand vision, and execute plans effectively.
