We're seeking a highly strategic Supplier Management Analyst to join our team in Memphis, TN, or work remotely. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct spend analysis and identify opportunities to optimize supplier spend and value
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive sourcing initiatives and negotiate contracts
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships, including supplier/vendor management and contract management
- Analyze and interpret contracts, pricing, and licensing proposals
- Ensure adherence to corporate supplier standards and policies
- Monitor market dynamics and communicate changes to internal stakeholders
- Contribute to new supplier selection processes and develop sourcing strategies
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT sourcing and procurement
- Excellent written communication skills to convey complex information effectively
- Ability to analyze and interpret contracts, pricing, and licensing proposals
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, including spend analysis and cost optimization
- Fluent relationship management, organizational, process management, and time management skills
- Proficient in defining and enforcing IT-specific service level agreement provisions and tracking
