Supervisor of Mail Services IDR is seeking a Supervisor of Mail Services to join one of our top clients in Alpharetta, GA. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Supervisor of Mail Services:
Oversee the daily operations of the Mail Services department, including receiving, scanning, and batching of all incoming paper documents
Ensure the efficient distribution of all internal mail within the campus
Work closely with the Manager to ensure all control procedures are being followed
Required Skills for Supervisor of Mail Services:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a mail room environment
Prior supervisory experience is required
Associate's degree is preferred
Ability to pass a full background check and verify the last 7 years of employment
