Sales UX ResearcherOverview:The Staff UX Researcher will drive research that shapes experiences for the Sales Organization. Ideal candidates will be experienced embedding research into product roadmaps and applying customer-centered research techniques to product definitions and designs to drive measurable improvements. They'll use mized methods to uncover insights, influence product strategy, and improve seller workflows through AI-driven innovation.
Top Skills:- 7+ years’ experience as a UX Researcher – Applying customer-centered research techniques to product definitions, designs, & roadmaps to drive measurable improvements
- 2+ years’ experience as a UX Researcher supporting Sales Organizations – Strong understanding of sales workflows, CRM tools, lead management, deal cycles, etc.
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods, including: User interviews, usability testing, information architecture, surveys, concept testing, statistical analysis, benchmarking, and data analysis
- Must have a portfolio showcasing research impact, methodologies, and actionable insights
Ideal Skills:- Understanding of agentic AI and how it enhances seller efficiency.
- Master's degree in Cognitive Science, Psychology, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
