Sr. Project Manager (Multi-site Education Construction)

Our client, a nationally respected general contractor to identify a Project Manager for a $30M+, multi-campus capital improvement program in Napa, CA, launching Summer 2025. This is a rare opportunity to lead a portfolio of K-12 construction projects, all within one school district — without bouncing between cities or jobsites hundreds of miles apart.

You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground lead for five active campuses, responsible for orchestrating re-roofing, HVAC systems, ADA upgrades, and exterior tenant improvements. This isn’t a desk job or a handoff role. It’s a field-driven leadership position where you run the work, steer the team, and deliver results with full autonomy and visibility.

What You’ll Do

• Lead multiple concurrent school projects from precon through closeout
• Coordinate phasing, trades, inspections, and DSA compliance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for district leadership and inspectors
• Manage overlapping scopes across campuses without losing control of schedule or budget
• Support subcontractors and superintendents through dynamic build environment

What You Bring

• 7+ years in commercial or K-12 construction project management
• Strong experience with HVAC systems, roofing, ADA, and TI scopes
• Proven success navigating DSA processes and public stakeholder communication
• Local to Napa County or nearby with trade relationships preferred
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)

• $140K – $160K base, depending on experience
