Position: Senior Analyst – IT Business Operations Systems
We’re looking for a strategic and tech-savvy Senior Analyst to join a forward-thinking IT team supporting business operations across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. This individual will play a critical role in aligning systems, improving business processes, and enhancing cross-functional collaboration between IT and business stakeholders.
Position Summary:
As a Senior Analyst, you will serve as a key liaison between business operations and IT, helping to optimize business systems and drive digital transformation. Youll contribute to the design, integration, and support of ERP, MES, and other enterprise platforms, ensuring data-driven and scalable technology solutions are delivered in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to enhance system capabilities through standardization and process improvements.
Analyze and document current systems architecture and support transformation initiatives across PLC, SCADA, MES, and ERP platforms.
Drive integration between manufacturing and business systems to ensure seamless operations.
Analyze application issues and exceptions to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Work with stakeholders to define system requirements, specifications, and training needs.
Create and manage documentation, test plans, and end-user testing procedures.
Lead or contribute to IT projects and process enhancement efforts.
Plan and support system implementations, conversions, and rollouts.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across departments and levels of the organization.
Provide oversight of project progress, milestones, risks, and reporting activities.
Deliver a high level of internal customer service and system support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of professional experience in systems analysis or related roles.
5+ years of application support or configuration experience in ERP, MES, or Supply Chain systems.
4+ years working with end-users to define business requirements.
Experience supporting IT initiatives, including project planning and delivery.
Familiarity with ISA-95 models and system architecture layers.
Knowledge of programming and remote support environments is a plus.
Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Work Environment Travel:
Hybrid of office and manufacturing site visits (PPE may be required for site access).
Travel up to 50% based on business needs.
