Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Solutions Delivery Lead:
- Lead a team of developers to build and deliver solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud, Python, Java, and PL/SQL
- Plan resources and provide effort estimates
- Collaborate with cloud engineering staff and develop team members
- Implement best practices and procedures for optimal performance, reduced cost, and security standards
- Maintain documentation on integrations and support teams' knowledge on the integrations built
Required Skills for Solutions Delivery Lead:
- 10+ years of experience in leading a team of 5+ members, delivering solutions
- 10+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and supporting integrations on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Java, Python, or PL/SQL
- Expertise in writing SQL
- Knowledge of services such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, and BigQuery type technologies
