Position Overview for the Software Engineering Manager: The Software Engineering Manager will lead and Mentor a team of engineers in designing, building and maintaining scalable CIAM (Customer Identity Access Management) solutions to ensure seamless and secure user authentication, authorization and identity management. This position will be 40% hands-on and 60% managing. Will be over 8-12 direct reports.
Required Top Skills for the Software Engineering Manager:- 10+ years of experience in software engineering position
- 5+ years of experience managing a team of Software Engineers
- 5+ years of experience using C# and .NET
- 3+ years of experience leading CIAM/IAM implementation projects from completion to end
- Experience with Azure cloud and Azure Devops
- Database experience with Microsoft SQL Server, NoSQL
