Job Title: Skilled Tradesman (Waterproofing / Concrete)
Job Summary:
Lead Technical Contractors Inc. is seeking experienced skilled tradesmen to join our team in the Phoenix Metro Area. As a skilled tradesman, you will be responsible for installing waterproofing systems, flashing, and deck/traffic coatings on construction projects. You will work alongside our team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects and maintain our high standards of quality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install fluid/liquid applied waterproofing systems over wood framing at upper floors.
- Install galvanized and bonderized metal flashing prior to waterproofing.
- Apply standard knockdown finish deck/traffic coatings using WestCoat, ExcelCoat, StoneEdge, and ITW products.
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Utilize technology-based applications and systems as needed.
Qualifications:
- Construction experience or background.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Hardworking and dedicated.
- Confident in waterproofing, flashing, deck coatings, and general contractor job site interactions.
- Ability to use technology-based applications and systems.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting hourly rate of $20/hour for flashers.
- Starting hourly rate of $21/hour for waterproofers.
- Starting hourly rate of $22/hour for deck coaters.
- Additional $1/hour for Class C/D drivers.
