Position Overview/Responsibilities for the ServiceNow Developer:

- Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Customize ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HR, GRC) using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other tools
- Optimize platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices in coding and configuration

Required Skills for ServiceNow Developer:

- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), UI policies, business rules, and workflows
- Proficiency in ServiceNow module customization (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, or GRC)
- Strong knowledge of integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, MID Server)
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, App Engine, or Automated Test Framework is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
