Senior Tax AssociateTulsa, OK (Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
ARC Group is seeking a Senior Tax Associate for a well-established CPA firm in Tulsa, OK. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a public accounting/tax environment and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:- Prepare tax returns for multi-million dollar businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
- Collaborate with the tax team on tax planning, compliance, and special tax projects.
- Gather and analyze tax-related information from clients to ensure accurate tax filings.
- Identify tax-saving opportunities and ensure maximum tax benefits are applied.
- Prepare financial and tax reports in a paperless office environment.
- Participate in professional development and training seminars to stay updated on tax laws and best practices.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public accounting/tax accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting preferred.
- Strong understanding of tax accounting principles.
- CPA certification (preferred) or actively working towards one. Enrolled Agent (EA) designation will also be considered.
- Must be able to work onsite in Tulsa, OK, three days per week.
