IDR is seeking a detail-oriented Strategic Initiatives Specialist to support the planning, execution, and promotion of key initiatives. In this role, you will support event logistics, stakeholder coordination, and communications to ensure seamless execution and effective engagement across various channels. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Strategic Initiatives Specialist:
Event Coordination

Assist in planning and executing internal and external events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
Work with stakeholders to ensure event content aligns with objectives and themes. Track event timelines and key deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
Manage attendee communications, registration, and post-event feedback collection.

Communications & Content Creation

Draft and edit event-related communications, including invitations, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Support internal communications initiatives to ensure consistency with company messaging and branding.
Maintain and update event webpages, intranet sites, and content repositories.

Project Management & Operations

Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation to ensure alignment across teams.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver event and communication initiatives.
Analyze event and communication performance metrics to inform future improvements.

Top Skills:

3-5 years' experience in corporate events, internal communications, and marketing
Experience in audience engagement strategies, including interactive content, social media campaigns, and digital marketing techniques.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications, Business Administration, or a related field
