We’re looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our client's project team. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll guide a small Salesforce team while helping design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead technical planning, grooming, and daily standups

• Review code/config, manage developer capacity & onboarding

• Build and support Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL

• Collaborate with Product Owner, Delivery Manager & Solution Architect

• Work with managed packages and custom components

Must-Have:

• 6–8 years of Salesforce development experience

• 1–3 years in a lead or team management role

• Strong Apex, LWC, async processes, and complex flows experience

• Salesforce PDII, Admin, and App Builder certifications

Nice-to-Have:

• Salesforce Architect, BA, or Advanced Admin certifications
• Experience with Inspire Planner, TaskRay, or Experience Cloud
• Project management experience
