Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Salesforce Manager:

Partner closely with the Delivery Manager to prioritize requests, maintain process/tech documentation, manage team capacity, and perform code/configuration review.
Implement and customize Managed Package solutions.
Provide leadership and guidance to a technical Salesforce team.
Handle Salesforce Administration duties secondarily.

Required Skills for Salesforce Manager:

4+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration and/or Development.
1+ years of experience in Management leading Technical Salesforce teams.
Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
Experience working with complex flows and code solutions in Apex and LWC.
Ability to read and understand code.
