Misty Stathos – State Farm Agency, located in Lexington, SC, has an immediate opening for a full-time team member. We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives!
The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, self-driven, highly motivated individual to join our fun-loving team! Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right personality! As a sales team member you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers as well as participate in team activities and challenges!
Responsibilities
- Develop provided leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Work with agent to establish and meet marketing goals
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (in office)
Requirements
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Experience with people in customer service and/or sales
- Computer knowledge/skills
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
