Our GEICO LOCAL OFFICE in Chicago is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will play a key role in developing and supporting a team of P&C Insurance Sales Agents, will be responsible for maximizing our Team potential to achieve growth monthly targets while delivering an extraordinary guest experience.
The Sales Manager will directly supervise the day-to-day functions of our Sales Agents and will help us meet our customer acquisition, quality standards and revenue growth targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role managing direct reports in a sales role
- Minimum 2 years sales experience with proven track record of achieving and or exceeding sales goals
- Strong analytical skills to identify sales and KPI trends and patterns, develop and execute reassuring/corrective actions
- Ability to develop rapport with agents, management and guests; ability to maintain strong working relationships
- Strong business sense and insurance industry expertise
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Insurance Sales experience
- P&C insurance license
