Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to analyze market trends to effectively promote insurance solutions.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and generate leads.
- Provide benefits administration support, ensuring clients understand their coverage options.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new business development.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Complete service work from underwriting post binding business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields such as retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid insurance license may be required depending on state regulations.
Supplemental Pay
- Supplemental pay will be in addition to the salary with no cap between commissions and bonuses
- Salary increases will be based on production and licensing
