This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the insurance field while receiving comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced professionals. Selected candidate must be fluent in English and have a proficient understanding of Mandarin.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist clients with their insurance needs by providing information about products and services.
- Support the agency in daily operations, including processing claims and managing customer inquiries.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of insurance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and improve customer service.
Qualifications
- Recent college graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Must be fluent in English; understanding of spoken Mandarin is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
