The role involves implementing various projects for an independent primary care practice. You will have the opportunity to be mentored by the practice founder and potentially receive coaching in scribing, clinical activities, research, and paper writing. Responsibilities Improving workflows in our new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system Grant implementation: Submitting progress reports and researching new funding options Quality Metrics: Developing processes to meet state and private payor requirements Interfacing with agencies for pilot programs on quality improvements Miscellaneous team management activities Interfacing with and supporting staff in creating new forms and workflows, and assisting with day-to-day functions Qualifications Strong interest in primary care and healthcare systems Bilingual in Spanish and English (strongly preferred) College degree preferred; prior experience in medical office management or strong administrative experience will be considered Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in primary care and motivation to learn the big picture of our healthcare systems and landscape.
