Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Producer Compensation Analyst:
- Manage all aspects of producer records, including creation, updates to demographic information, payment methods, and reporting
- Maintain broker to customer or member relationships and commission records to facilitate commission calculation and payment processes
- Assist with the reconciliation of monthly commission calculations and payments for accuracy
- Research and resolve all producer compensation-related inquiries
- Collaborate with producer credentialing, contracting, and compensation teams, as well as our external broker community and business partners
Required Skills for Producer Compensation Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in Accounting preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience working with brokers and commissions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
