IDR is seeking a Process Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN or Remote. This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing operational processes within the Information Technology Services (ITS) organization, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement through innovative methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process management, process engineering, or a related role within an ITS organization.
- Strong understanding of process documentation techniques, including swimlane diagrams, RACI matrices, and SIPOC charts.
- Experience with Lean methodologies; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Proven ability to analyze and improve processes using data-driven approaches with strong organizational skills.
