Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Playlist & Streaming Optimization Manager:
- This is a 6-month contract role with potential for extensions or conversions
- You will be required to have an intermediate level of understanding of SQL and feel comfortable presenting and visualizing raw data to stakeholders
- You will be expected to efficiently communicate strategy, results, and market conditions that will drive playlist growth and optimization
- You will be working on-site, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day
Required Skills for Playlist & Streaming Optimization Manager:
- 2-3 years of applicable experience in playlist optimization, analyzing data, and executing playlist and streaming growth and user engagement/retention experiments
- Strong experience with social media and affiliate marketing & brand building
- A strong understanding of SEO
- Experience using SQL
- Advanced Excel/Microsoft Suite user
- Photoshop and/or InDesign proficiency is a plus
