Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $43–$55/hour (depending on experience)
Sign-on Bonus: Based on experience
Relocation Assistance: Negotiable

Schedule:
Monday–Friday
Flexible shifts between 8 AM – 6 PM

Your Role:
As a Physical Therapist, you'll be an integral part of a team focused on restoring function, relieving pain, and preventing injury. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing personalized treatment plans for orthopedic patients
Implementing injury prevention & early intervention programs
Conducting ergonomic assessments and worksite safety evaluations
Delivering post-offer employment testing & work conditioning
Educating patients on wellness, mobility, and long-term self-care
Documenting patient progress using EMR
Engaging in professional development and certification opportunities

What We’re Looking For:
Physical Therapy Degree (Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s)
Active New Mexico Physical Therapy License (or eligibility)
Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and workplace ergonomics
Team player with excellent communication skills
