Position Overview
Ken Quach – State Farm Agency has an immediate opening for a dedicated and organized full-time Personal Assistant. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a successful State Farm Agent while gaining valuable experience in the insurance industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth operations within the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the State Farm Agent, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about insurance products and services.
- Prepare and maintain client files, process policy changes, and assist with claims management.
- Assist in developing leads by scheduling appointments and following up with potential clients to promote State Farm products.
- Ensure the office runs smoothly by maintaining supplies, organizing files, and implementing efficient office procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
