Salary: $300,000–$350,000 base (for full-time) + wRVU & other incentives
Optigy is seeking a Rheumatologist to join their dedicated team at a brand new Wellness Park facility opening in January 2025. This is a flexible opportunity offering both full-time and part-time employment. The hospital is a well-established nonprofit system serving Northwest and Central Ohio with a community-focused approach and strong leadership.
Job Description:
• 100% outpatient, with optional inpatient consults
• Schedule flexibility: 2–5 days/week (8, 10, or 12-hour shifts) or Week-On/Week-Off
• 24/7 in-house Hospitalist support
• Diverse and complex case mix
• Supportive team-based environment
• Input into scheduling and patient volumes
• Collaborative leadership and strong subspecialty support
Requirements:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Open to 2025 grads and experienced providers
• Permanent position—may require relocation to local area
• Not accepting J-1, H-1B, or Locums candidates
Compensation and Benefits (Full-Time):
• Base salary: $300,000–$350,000 (based on experience)
• wRVU bonus model
