Optigy is representing a full-time Pulmonary & Critical Care opportunity in the Capital Region of New York. Join a highly experienced team with access to state-of-the-art diagnostic tools, procedures, and robust 24/7 ICU support at St. Peter's and Samaritan Hospitals.
Job Description:
This is a full-spectrum pulmonary and critical care role with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, including a call rotation and ICU coverage. Candidates will have access to a Closed ICU model, a full pulmonary function lab, and advanced technologies including Endobronchial Ultrasound.
• Schedule Breakdown:
o 1 week/month ICU
o 1 week/month pulmonary consults
o 2 weeks/month outpatient clinic
o Weekend coverage 1 in every 4–5 weeks
o No overnights (24/7 ICU coverage in place)
• Start Date: Mid-2025
• Travel: Must rotate between St. Peter’s Hospital and Samaritan Hospital
• Accepting: New grads & H-1B candidates
• Not Accepting: J-1 waivers, Locums, or local candidates within 30 miles
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $400,000–$425,000
Starting Bonus: Available (details at interview)
Relocation: Reimbursement-based (amount varies by distance)
