The Opportunity
Optigy is actively recruiting a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN to join a busy and well-established practice in northern Iowa. This is an outstanding opportunity to walk into instant volume and collaborate with a strong team of OB/GYNs and Advanced Practice Providers, with access to excellent surgical and subspecialty resources.

Practice Details:
• Join a collaborative team of 4 OB/GYNs and 1 ARNP
• Call rotation: Approx. 5 days per month
• Modern clinic located on main hospital campus – direct access to Labor & Delivery, Radiology, Lab, and Pharmacy
• Dedicated OR block time five days a week, including robotic surgery access
• Level II NICU with 24/7 Pediatric Hospitalist & NICU Nurse support
• Strong in-house specialty consult availability including Cardiology, Ortho, Reconstructive Surgery, Anesthesia
• Balanced OB and GYN patient mix

Compensation & Perks:
• Base Salary: $375,000
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $200,000
• PTO:
o 34 days annually on base salary
o 40 days annually on production-based model
• CME: $5,500 annually
• Full benefits package includes:

o Retirement plans: 403(b) with employer contribution + 457(b) option
