The Role
We are seeking two full-time Hematologist/Oncologists to join a thriving, collegial, hospital-employed team with a reputation for clinical excellence. Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced physician, you’ll find an exceptional practice culture and infrastructure to support your success.
• Scope: Full-scope Hematology/Oncology (70% solid tumor / 30% Hematology)
• Setting:
o 80% outpatient / 20% inpatient
o Inpatient rounding averages 5–10 patients/day
o Outpatient clinic: 25 patients/day
• Team:
o 3 Hem/Onc physicians, 1 full-time Hematologist
o Dedicated MA and clinic RN per provider
o 2 inpatient NPs
• Schedule: Shared call; no weekends
• Teaching/Research: Opportunity for involvement with medical students/residents; research partnerships in progress
• Technology & Facilities:
o Epic EMR
o 26-bed inpatient oncology unit
o Outpatient infusion therapy center
o Radiation oncology with Elekta Versa HD, Brainlab/Exactrac, Xofigo®, and Brachytherapy
o Breast health center and supportive services onsite
o Peer-to-peer MD Anderson curbside consult access

Compensation & Perks:
• Base Salary: $525,000–$625,000 (guaranteed first 2 years)
• Incentives:
o $50,000 sign-on bonus
o Productivity bonus potential
o $15,000 relocation allowance (if applicable)

Requirements:
• Board Certified or Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
• Open to H-1B visa candidates (No J-1 waivers)
• New grads and experienced providers encouraged to apply
