The Role
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematologist Oncologist for a full-time opportunity at a comprehensive, hospital-based cancer program. This is a balanced Hem/Onc position with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, strong APP support, and opportunities to participate in tumor boards and grand rounds.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40-hour work week (daytime clinic)
• Call: 1:5 rotation
• Patient Demographics: Adult only
• Mix: 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology
• Volume:
o Outpatient: 20–30 patients/day
o Inpatient: 15–20 patients/day
• Team Support:
o 5 Hem/Onc Physicians
o 5 Advanced Practice Providers
o Radiation Oncology, surgical subspecialties, radiology, and ancillary support onsite
• EMR: Epic

• Base Salary: $425,000–$450,000

Requirements:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
• Must be willing to practice both Hematology and Oncology
• Open to H-1B and O-1 visa candidates (No J-1 waivers)
