The Role
We are seeking a Board-Certified Hematologist Oncologist to serve as Medical Director for a well-established, full-spectrum cancer program. The ideal candidate will provide clinical leadership while maintaining a strong presence in both inpatient and outpatient care.
• Setting: Hospital-based outpatient clinics
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40-hour work week
• Call: 1:5 rotation
• Patient Mix: 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology
• Volume:
o Outpatient: 20–30 patients/day
o Inpatient: 15–20 patients/day
• Team:
o 5 Hem/Onc Physicians
o 5 APPs
o Radiation Oncologists and full surgical suite support
• EMR: Epic

Compensation & Perks:
• Base Salary: $450,000–$600,000
• Total Comp Potential: Up to $800k–$950k with incentives

Requirements:
• Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology
• Strong leadership and communication skills
