Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Peoplesoft/Workday Consultant:
- Support the integration of Workday ERP with PeopleSoft systems for reporting and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement a data lake for efficient data transport.
- Ensure Workday remains fully functional at the acquired hospital while integrating with PeopleSoft and Strata systems.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize system interactions between Workday and PeopleSoft.
- Provide guidance on best practices for running both Workday and PeopleSoft systems simultaneously.
Required Skills for Peoplesoft/Workday Consultant:
- 5+ years of Workday system analyst experience.
- 5+ years of PeopleSoft system analyst experience.
- 3+ years of experience working with interfaced systems.
- Hands-on experience managing data integrations between Workday and PeopleSoft.
