Wellington Hawkins - State Farm Agency, located in Jacksonville, FL is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a PT Sales Representative. This is a position focused on Sales for a well-established State Farm Agent.
If you have a talent for customer care and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team! As our newest Team Member, you’ll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Must be good at opening doors and influencing people!
As an Agent Team Sales Producer, you will receive:
- Hourly pay ($16/hour if you have P&C license; $18 if you have both P&C and Life and Health)
- plus commission/bonus
- 401k (after 1 year of service), 3% match

Requirements:
- 440 Customer Service License (must be able to obtain within 30 days)
- Must have active driver's license
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
