- Track execution of SOPs and ensure efficiency in workflows.
- Conduct research into new opportunities and strategic advantages.
- Troubleshoot and resolve account issues efficiently.
- Identify ways to improve internal processes and operational effectiveness.
- Hybrid role: Work remotely but engage in frequent travel within NJ/PA.
