Duties & Responsibilities
- Attend Job Walks
- Field Dim projects as needed
- Keep accurate records of each project
- Review bid requests
- Communicate with company engineer, project manager and shop foreman
- Answer questions regarding quotes
- Perform take-offs from Architectural Drawings to include materials and labor
- Submit Requests for Information
- Request competitive pricing from vendors
- Use company program for estimating and maintain up to date pricing
- Knowledge of all wood working products
- Ability to read and interpret Architectural Drawings
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience estimating
