Microsoft 365 Solutions Consultant 

• Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)
• Location: New York, New York
• C2C Pay Rate: $82.00

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, and recommend optimal Microsoft Cloud-based solutions.

• Design and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) leveraging Microsoft technologies including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Viva, Planner, Exchange Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Gen AI Copilot.

• Automate and modernize business processes using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).

• Establish and optimize processes and governance to support deployment and adoption of Microsoft Cloud services.

• Lead customer trainings, workshops, and adoption sessions to maximize usage and ROI of Microsoft 365 services.

Qualifications & Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with a focus on Microsoft Cloud technologies.

• In-depth expertise with SharePoint Online, Power Platform (including Dataverse and model-driven apps).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Viva, Yammer, Planner, Exchange Online, Stream, Power BI, AI Builder, and related M365 tools.

• Solid understanding of Azure services and cloud architecture principles.

• Proven ability to design and deliver collaboration and productivity solutions aligned to business needs.

• Experience integrating Microsoft Online services to build cohesive enterprise solutions.

• Familiarity with M365 E5 Security and Compliance features relevant to collaboration services.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Current certifications in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure (preferred).
