I’m working with an FQHC in northern CA looking to add multiple providers to the group! Please let me know if you are interested.   Practice: 100% outpatient Currently 4 Physicians and 5 APP’S Patients per day : 18-20 Target start date: ASAP NO call Hours: The preference is full time but will consider 30 hours per week. Most of our full-time (40 hour/week) providers work 4 days per week. Compensation: Physician Base: $228K-$240K/yr Loan Forgiveness: NHSC Student loan forgiveness National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program: We are a NHSC approved site. Physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who provide primary care services are eligible for the following: Up to $75,000 for a full-time, two-year service commitment Up to $37,500 for a half-time, two-year service commitment Relocation: Up to 10K for providers Physicians: up to $100k recruitment bonus, paid out over 5 years. Benefits: Health insurance Malpractice : yes PTO: New employees start out accruing 112 hours per year and max out at 260 hours per year by year 5.
