We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including home care, hospitals, and long-term care facilities. The LPN will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians to ensure the well-being of patients, assist with medical procedures, and maintain accurate medical records.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist with daily living activities for patients, including personal hygiene and mobility support.
Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions accurately.
Maintain and update medical records to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Perform basic medical procedures such as suturing and ventilating as needed.
Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or those requiring infant care.
Educate patients and their families on health management, home care practices, and the use of Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
Participate in travel nursing assignments when required to meet staffing needs.
Administer Botulinum toxin treatment under the supervision of a licensed physician.
Skills
Proficient in managing medical records and documentation processes.
Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and care delivery.
Experience in suture techniques and basic surgical assistance is preferred.
Knowledge of dementia care practices to support patients effectively.
Ability to operate ventilators and provide respiratory support when necessary.
Familiarity with administering Botulinum toxin treatment is a plus.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
