State Farm Agency, located in Lake Oswego, OR, has an immediate opening for a Licensed Insurance - State Farm Team Member. Ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a work environment without the constraints of micromanagement. Insurance experience is not required but you must have an active Property and Casualty Insurance license. Must be willing to commute to our office location in Lake Oswego, OR, this is an in-office position.
You will be encouraged to take initiative, share ideas, and drive your own success while being backed by an experienced mentor using our own proven process to ensure success! The right individual with a strong willingness to learn our process and grow within it will have the opportunity for a stable and lucrative career.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Build and maintain client relationships through exceptional service.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to better serve clients.

Requirements:
- Property and Casualty insurance license (must obtain within 30 days of start date)
- Life and Health insurance license (must be willing to obtain within 30 days of start date)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance license.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated; able to accomplish professional/agency goals without being micromanaged.
