State Farm Insurance Agency located in Round Rock, TX is seeking seasoned, Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Insurance professional with a great attitude and the ability help us manage and grow our agency. As a licensed insurance team member your role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, maintain high customer satisfaction, and support our awesome team!

- Must be bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English
- Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license
- Must be able to commute to our Round Rock, TX office location (this is an in-house position)

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.
- Assist with management of the agency.

Requirements
- Prior State Farm Insurance experience is a plus
- Must have a Texas Property & Casualty License
- Bilingual; fluent Spanish speaking abilities
- Insurance Customer Service Experience
- Computer technical skills including comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Additional experience with Sales Force and other related web-based software a plus.
- Additional Sales experience is a plus primarily for customers and prospects. This may include telemarketing skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
- Must be People-oriented, Self-motivated and have Pride in getting work done accurately and timely.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Bilingual – Spanish/English required.
- Must be available to work the following schedule Monday Through Friday Workday Hours to be determined and Possible special project hours.
