Position Overview:
As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting with their insurance needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Your role will involve handling inquiries, processing policy changes, and providing expert advice on insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist clients with policy information, changes, and renewals.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products based on client needs.
- Stay current with insurance products, policies, and regulations.
Requirements:
- Current insurance license (Property & Casualty) is required.
- Proven experience in client service or customer support roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance software applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
