Established insurance agency looking for a Licensed Customer Service Representative.
If you have any prior Farmers Insurance experience, we strongly encourage you to apply.
Prior insurance agency experience preferred (Retention Specialist, CSR, Sales, etc.)
Required Qualifications:
- Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities:
- Insurance Sales
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Provide information on insurance policies and coverage options
- Assist customers with claims processing and policy changes
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Educate customers on policy terms, conditions, and benefits
