Established insurance agency looking for a Licensed Customer Service Representative.
If you have any prior Farmers Insurance experience, we strongly encourage you to apply.
Prior insurance agency experience preferred (Retention Specialist, CSR, Sales, etc.)
Requirements:
Property & Casualty license required.
Must be bilingual Spanish speaking.
Prior insurance sales and customer service experience preferred.
Must be a team player and able to work in a team environment.
A coachable attitude is a must.
Responsibilities: Assisting customers in-person or by phone (process payments, customer requests, coverage changes, policy changes, etc.). Overall policy/client management and service. Offer customers other types of insurance policies that they do not currently have with our agency (sales).
