Junior Interior Designer

 

Our client is a highly respected, well-sought after AUD design & build company.  They are located in San Diego (Pacific Beach area) and they are in need of a temporary Junior (Jr.) Interior Designer, who is relatively proficient in Revit.  If you have recently graduated from school and looking to gain industry design experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.  They are needing someone to join their team for a 3-month long assignment.  

 

• Design Execution: The candidate must have a strong ability to conceptualize and execute  high-end designs that align with previously selected materials.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Revit is mandatory, as it is our primary design tool.
• The candidate will be responsible for creating plans and elevations based on our clients’ pre-selected material packages. 
• Proficient in Google Suite. 
• Basic knowledge of design principles such as color theory, materials and contribute  effectively to project aesthetics. 
• Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to oversee  multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
• A deep understanding of current design trends.
• The ability to work collaboratively with our in-house architects and construction teams to  ensure seamless project execution.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional design solutions.
