Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Java Developer:
- Proficiently utilize Java, JEE (Java Enterprise Edition), Servlets, and JMS in daily tasks
- Implement necessary code changes and enhancements to optimize system performance
- Analyze and resolve reported technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Actively participate in daily stand-up/status meetings, contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Update and maintain project documentation to ensure accuracy and transparency

Required Skills for Java Developer:
- Proficiency in Java, JEE, Servlets, and JMS
- Strong knowledge of XML and JavaScript
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases
- Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and optimization
- Familiarity with Java API for XML Web Services
