Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Support Technician II:

- Provide exceptional IT support to end users, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Understand user and business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot issues related to computers, printers, network technology, drivers, software, and other related peripherals
- Share knowledge and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment
- This is a one-year contract position, with the possibility of extension
- An Associate's Degree in a related field of study with 2 or more years of relevant experience is required

Required Skills for IT Support Technician II:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Experience in software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with printers and network technology
- Knowledge of RSA and VPN
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation Details: $24/hr W2
