Position Overview & Responsibilities for the IT Support Technician:
- Provide comprehensive IT support, including troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Support and troubleshoot Windows 10 & 11 operating systems
- Offer basic network support and troubleshooting
- Handle mobile device support and troubleshooting
Required Skills for the IT Support Technician:
- Fundamental understanding of computer diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Significant experience supporting both Windows 10 & 11
- Basic network support and troubleshooting skills
- Mobile device support experience
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented personality
