What We Are Looking For:
We seek candidates with:
- A strong entrepreneurial spirit and desire to run their own business.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or a related field (preferred).
- A minimum of one year of experience in sales, marketing, or recruiting (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
Your Responsibilities:
- Build and manage your own insurance agency.
- Recruit and train staff members who are licensed and appointed with Farmers Insurance.
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
- Manage all aspects of your business operations including budgeting, staffing, and customer service.

Requirements
- General Lines Property & Casualty and General Lines Life, Health, & Annuities Insurance licensing (must be able to obtain within 90 days of start date if not already licensed)
- Sales, customer service, and time management
- Self-Motivated and goal-oriented
- No bankruptcies or criminal record with felonies
- Strong organizational skills
